Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SHELL. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift heavy loads.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Accurate and reliable with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
