The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking a highly motivated and confident leader to be the Accommodation and Administrative Manager in the Corporate Services Branch.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a diverse team of professionals and possess knowledge of provincial government structures, decision-making processes, and priorities.

As a strategic thinker and a proven leader, you will contribute to the strategic direction of the ministry and branch, focusing on the Saskatchewan Growth Plan targets, clients, and stakeholders.

You will oversee all accommodations functions of the Ministry, including maintenance of the Ministry Strategic Accommodation Plan, foster relationships between external and internal clients, and lead a team on HR processes and support services.

The successful candidate will have strong communication, problem-solving, and management skills to provide collaboration and leadership for internal and external clients with respect to all Ministry accommodations and human resource support needs.

Typically, the knowledge and skills required in this position would be obtained through the completion of a post-secondary degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or an equivalency of experience and training demonstrated by a history of accomplishment in management.
