Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at SRS Property Mgmt Corporation. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear work priorities.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, 30 hours per week position. The work language is English.
