We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at MANREET TRUCKING LTD.



The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and ensure procedures are followed
  • Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
  • Co-ordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Perform data entry and prepare periodic and special reports
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and plan for office services


Requirements:


  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Permanent employment with a 50-hour workweek
  • English language proficiency
