Hotel Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at 97 Motor Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet the hotel's operational needs.
- Guest Services: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues promptly.
- Operations Management: Oversee the maintenance of the hotel's facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel's budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and revenue is maximized.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a hotel management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Language: English.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. The hotel is a non-smoking, air-conditioned facility with a 40-hour workweek.
