Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Roadhouse Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet customer expectations.
  • Culinary Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage food and supply ordering to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and courteous service, and addressing customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
