Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Filoxenia Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring high-quality food standards, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Culinary Operations: Supervise and coordinate the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain optimal levels.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control kitchen expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure.
