Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Mezze Management Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and flavor.
  • Culinary Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Staff Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of kitchen staff.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
