Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Mezze Management Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
  • Monitor inventory and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a head chef or executive chef
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
