Job Title: First Cook

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced First Cook to join our team at Bread and Cheese Co. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The First Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the culinary field
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
