What to Expect
We're known for taking care of our team members. As a Strategic Sales Manager with Insight, you will have access to 11 diverse Teammate Resource Groups and can work remotely from another location for up to 30 consecutive calendar days per year.
About the Role
- You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, including hiring, training, coaching, recognizing outstanding work, and meeting organizational objectives.
- Contribute to Insight's growth by achieving sales goals, creatively growing market share, and executing strategic forecasting and budgeting for sales activities.
- Communicate effectively with top clients, sales management, and your team of Account Executives to address sales leads, market challenges, and competitive activity.
