About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Laborer to join our team at KING CONSTRUCTION INC. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Move Products and Materials

You will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment. This may include pallets, boxes, and other materials.

Pack and Unpack Goods

You will also be responsible for packing and unpacking goods, ensuring that they are properly secured and handled to prevent damage.

Work in a Variety of Environments

As a General Laborer, you will work in a variety of environments, including dusty, noisy, and wet/damp conditions.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Site Environment

You will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and sitting. You will also be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work under pressure.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role. However, experience is an asset.

Language and Communication

English is the primary language spoken in the workplace, and you will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
