About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Laborer to join our team at KING CONSTRUCTION INC. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Move Products and Materials

You will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment. This may involve working at heights, in confined spaces, or in areas with limited visibility.

Pack and Unpack Goods

You will also be responsible for packing and unpacking goods, ensuring that they are properly secured and protected during transportation.

Work in a Variety of Environments

As a General Laborer, you will work in a variety of environments, including construction sites, warehouses, and other locations. You may be required to work in dusty, noisy, or wet/damp conditions.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Under Pressure

You will be expected to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and completing tasks efficiently.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and standing for extended periods. You may also be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work at heights.

  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Experience

Experience is an asset, but not necessary. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and take on new challenges.

Language

The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.
