About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at KING CONSTRUCTION INC. As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Move Products and Materials

You will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.

Pack and Unpack Goods

You will also be responsible for packing and unpacking goods, ensuring they are properly secured and stored.

Work Environment

As a Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment, which can be dusty, noisy, and wet/damp at times.

Work Setting

You will work at various locations, including construction sites and warehouses.

Physical Demands
  • Work Under Pressure

You will work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure projects are completed on time.

Bending, Crouching, Kneeling

You will be required to bend, crouch, and kneel frequently, as well as stand for extended periods.

Sitting

You may be required to sit for short periods, but standing is the primary mode of work.

Weight Handling

You will be required to lift and move products and materials weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Required Tools and Equipment
  • Steel-Toed Safety Boots

You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots at all times while on the job site.

Hard Hat

You will also be required to wear a hard hat to ensure your safety.
