Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at TKL Precast Group. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials

Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.

Erect and Dismantle Forms and Scaffolding

Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials

Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, following established procedures and guidelines.

Clean Up Spills and Debris

Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, ensuring a safe working environment and adhering to environmental regulations.

Remove Rubble and Debris

Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Direct Traffic

Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.

Assist Skilled Tradespersons

Assist skilled tradespersons, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with tasks and projects as required.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Experience

Will train on the job, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Work Term

Permanent position available.

Work Language

English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.

Hours

40 hours per week, with regular breaks and time off.
