About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at 13126927 CANADA INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
    • Establish clear goals, objectives, and performance expectations for the team.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the implementation of operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations.
    • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement business growth strategies, including marketing and promotional initiatives.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience as a restaurant general manager or in a related role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Strong operational and analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and control costs.
    • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer complaints and feedback.
    • Strong business development skills, with the ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
Working Conditions
