About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 10363081 CANADA INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee and coordinate payroll administration, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Transportation and Travel: Ensure that transportation and travel arrangements are made as needed.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
