  • Staff Supervision: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and supervise food service counter attendants and food preparers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customer complaints or concerns, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, and bending, crouching, kneeling
