Wendy's Restaurant is seeking a highly motivated Food Service Supervisor to join our team

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with excellent leadership skills and customer service expertise to oversee daily operations at our fast-paced food service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing efficiency.
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards, driving customer satisfaction.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for operational improvements.
  • Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for growth.

Leadership and Supervision

  • Serve as a role model, inspiring and guiding Food Service Counter Attendants, Food Preparers, Kitchen and Food Service Helpers, and other team members.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; secondary education preferred.
