Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator Specialist to join our team at B.C. LTD.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position that requires 32-35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating Events: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise and train other workers to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Scheduling and Communication: Schedule appointments, answer electronic enquiries, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree not required, but an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
  • Experience with scheduling software and email management tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
