Job Title: Office Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at B250 Holdings Inc. As an Office Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to team members, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general information to clients and the public.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and reconciliations.
- Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents.
- Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
