We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at B.C. LTD.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position working 32-35 hours per week, with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events; supervise and train other workers as needed.
  • Schedule appointments, answer electronic enquiries, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Compile data, statistics, and information using MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; additional education or training an asset.
