Job Title: Office Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Excel Personnel Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, including data entry, bookkeeping, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and bookkeeping.
  • Provide customer service and answer client inquiries.
  • Prepare tax returns and manage accounts receivable.
  • Order office supplies and maintain a well-organized office environment.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Quick Books, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word skills.
