At Element Fleet Management, we're redefining the fleet management industry by putting people first. We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Client Success Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our customers and internal teams to develop account strategies that meet their unique needs and goals. As a Client Success Specialist, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, providing ongoing day-to-day account support, and recommending cost-saving solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and internal teams to develop account strategies that meet their needs and goals.
  • Execute day-to-day requests and activities, complex or routine, in accordance with client policies, procedures, and priorities.
  • Use discretion and independent judgment to advise clients and work with them to recognize needs and recommend solutions.
  • Take ownership of client issues and apply critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer data analysis and/or reporting.
  • Leverage subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries.

Requirements

  • BS or BA in business or related field is required. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and French.
  • 2-5 years customer service or client account management experience is highly desirable, preferably in a B2B service environment.
  • Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
