Bilingual Client Success Specialist

At Element Fleet Management, we're redefining the fleet management industry by putting people first. We're looking for a skilled Bilingual Client Success Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional client experiences.
About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual individual to build and maintain relationships with our customers. As a Client Success Specialist, you'll provide ongoing day-to-day account support, recommend cost-saving solutions, and manage processes to optimize the productivity of our clients' fleets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies that meet the needs and goals of our customers.
- Execute day-to-day requests and activities, complex or routine, in accordance with client policies, procedures, and priorities.
- Use discretion and independent judgment to advise clients and work with them to recognize needs and recommend solutions.
- Take ownership of client issues and apply critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Conduct customer data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Must be fully bilingual in English and French.
- 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience is highly desirable, preferably in a B2B service environment.
- Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
