About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pilates instructor to join our team at healU+ Wellness & Pilates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead Pilates classes for individuals and groups, focusing on proper technique and safety.
  • Assess client needs and create personalized exercise plans to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Collaborate with our wellness team to provide a comprehensive approach to health and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and program effectiveness.
  • Schedule classes and activities to ensure efficient use of studio space and resources.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
