About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team at healU+ Wellness & Pilates. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group and private Pilates sessions, creating and implementing fitness programs, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction
    • Design and deliver Pilates classes for groups and individuals
    • Provide personalized instruction and feedback to clients
  • Program Development
    • Develop and implement new Pilates programs and services
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques and trends
  • Client Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
    • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of Pilates techniques and principles
