About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team at healU+ Wellness & Pilates. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group and private Pilates sessions, creating and implementing fitness programs, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction: Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness, or sports activities and techniques to clients of all ages and skill levels.
  • Log Keeping and Record Management: Maintain accurate records of client progress, attendance, and feedback.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Schedule activities, plan and carry out recreational, fitness, and sports activities, and lead groups.
  • Health and Wellness: Promote health and wellness through Pilates instruction, and provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
