About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team at healU+ Wellness & Pilates. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group and private classes, creating and implementing new programs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction
    • Deliver high-quality Pilates classes to clients of all levels, focusing on proper technique and form.
    • Develop and lead workshops, seminars, and special events to promote Pilates education and awareness.
  • Program Development
    • Design and implement new Pilates programs, including class schedules, curriculum, and marketing materials.
    • Collaborate with our team to create and promote special events, workshops, and seminars.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting loyalty and retention.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage client records, attendance, and payment information.
    • Assist with marketing and promotional efforts, including social media and email campaigns.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a Pilates or fitness-related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent teaching and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Pilates and related fitness modalities
