Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pilates Instructor to join our team at healU+ Wellness & Pilates. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group and private classes, creating engaging lesson plans, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction: Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness, or sports activities and techniques to clients of all levels.
  • Log Keeping and Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of client progress, attendance, and feedback.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Schedule classes, plan lesson content, and ensure a smooth operation of our Pilates program.
  • Group Leadership: Lead groups of clients in Pilates classes, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Health Benefits: Health care plan provided.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
