Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
The Administrative Financial Support position plays a vital role in assisting Outreach Programs at the Glen Stor Dun Lodge. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, preparing deposits, completing journal entries, cash receipts, and reports. Additionally, the role involves preparing billing for Community Support Services.
Required Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary education in Office Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel), with selected applicants tested in Excel
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance-related fields
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CIMS, HPG, IAR, IRIS, and Activity Pro programs is considered an asset
- Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset
