At CANADA INC., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and relay messages to staff members.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as electronic schedulers and Google Drive.
  • Security and Safety: Possess a criminal record check and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Hybrid work arrangement.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
