Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Mow and Snow Land Services (2016) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by resolving issues, answering questions, and providing exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve merchandising.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, personnel matters, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience or equivalent.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced urban retail environment with relocation costs covered by the employer.
