Retail Store Supervisor

Husky/Smitty's is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, employee relations, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
