Job Summary

Eldho's Your Independent Grocer is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of retail sales staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
