We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at 7-Eleven Canada Inc.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Ensure the store is operating efficiently and effectively, meeting sales and customer service targets.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance, making adjustments as needed.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient store operation.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Manage store finances, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Attract, select, and train high-performing staff to meet business needs.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
