Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Eldho's Your Independent Grocer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
  • Establish work schedules and manage inventory
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
  • Ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
