Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team at Eldho's Your Independent Grocer. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
* Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs
* Authorize return of merchandise and establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of staff
* Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
* Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need

Requirements:

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
