Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse to join our team as a Personal Care Nurse. This part-time position offers flexibility and variety, allowing you to work independently while being supported by your team.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to each client's needs
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Ontario Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current registration with the College of Nurses (Ontario)
- Police Record Check (VSS) clearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
