Shop Coordinator

At BWX Technologies, Inc., we are seeking an experienced Shop Coordinator to join our team in Cambridge, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting shop supervision in time keeping and labour upload of shop employee hours.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process time and attendance with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage shop floor employee hours, including overtime and absences.
- Upload labour hours into SAP daily, ensuring accurate and complete data.
- Participate in month-end activities with Finance & Accounting to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Perform variance corrections, advising shop supervision of errors in a timely manner.
- Monitor and assist shop supervision to control overtime allocation in accordance with the collective agreement.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an office setting, working at a quick pace with numbers.
- High School Diploma.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the collective agreement and SAP.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data tables.
What We Offer:
BWX Technologies, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $41,000 to $61,000 per year, depending on local job market factors and candidate qualifications. The total compensation package may also include an annual cash incentive and a full range of medical, retirement, and other benefits.
