Business Partner, Training and Organizational Development

Welcome to a dynamic role where you will play a key part in shaping the future of our organization.

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Partner, Training & Organizational Development to join our team. As a key member of our Training & Organizational Development team, you will be responsible for contributing to the analysis, design, implementation, and coordination of strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of leadership programs, adapting existing content or creating new content as required.
  • Participate in the planning and coordination of leadership development program activities and provide support to participants.
  • Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or in an organizational development role with experience in designing skills development programs.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and facilitation skills for training, classroom, or virtual discussions.
  • Knowledge of talent management practices, including retention, engagement, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Project planning, organization, and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written). English is required given the need to interact with our offices across Canada.
