Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the Powersports group in achieving its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with management and employees across the organization.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders, focusing on talent development, organizational design, and change management.
  • Coach and develop leaders to enhance their effectiveness and address business challenges.
  • Design and implement client-focused engagement and retention strategies.
  • Support business transformation initiatives, including organizational design, change management, and HR planning.
  • Collaborate with Global Practices to build and enhance organizational capability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and talent development.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Excellent communication and influential skills, with the ability to manage all interactions and relationships effectively.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to take a step back and look for solutions.
  • Engaging leadership style, with courage, accountability, and ownership.
