**Key Responsibilities**

The Culinary Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and training kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency;
  • Inspecting kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization;
  • Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment;
  • Cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and work areas;
  • Managing kitchen operations, including meal planning, ordering, and scheduling;

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar position;
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail;
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.

**Compensation and Benefits**

The salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
