We are seeking a skilled Culinary Supervisor to join our team at 124 ON QUEEN HOTEL AND SPA. The successful candidate will oversee the preparation and service of meals, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**
The Culinary Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Supervising and training kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency;
- Inspecting kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization;
- Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment;
- Cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and work areas;
- Managing kitchen operations, including meal planning, ordering, and scheduling;
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail;
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
**Compensation and Benefits**
The salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
