Aon is a global leader in pension administration, and we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Defined Benefit Pension Administration Specialist.

This role involves providing quality service delivery for our Defined Benefit Pension clients, ensuring the continuous efficient operation of their pension plan arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience working with Defined Benefit pension plans, preferably with education in Math, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, or Finance.

Key responsibilities include calculating benefit entitlements on retirement, termination, death, and marriage breakdown, conducting calculations on PAs, PSPAs, and PARs, preparing indexation and annual pension statements, and performing year-end updates of plan records.

The successful candidate will also possess strong spreadsheet competencies, math proficiency, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in French is an asset, but not required.
