Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Humble Consultancy and Recruitment Services Inc. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate events, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange seminars, conferences, and other events while ensuring timely confirmations and smooth logistics.
  • Office Procedures and Routines: Establish and maintain efficient office processes, streamlining tasks to enhance productivity.
  • Client Relations: Provide top-notch support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage contracts, order supplies, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP certificate/diploma from a 1-2 year program.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 months of relevant experience.
  • Languages: English is the primary work language.
  • Work Schedule: Permanent position with 35-45 hours/week.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
