About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer Consultant to play a critical role in shaping our infrastructure and operational excellence.

This person will leverage battle-tested technologies such as Kubernetes, Postgres, and AWS to build tools that enable our engineers to create performant, scalable, and resilient applications.

As a senior backend software engineer, they will be responsible for managing infrastructure, building tools, and contributing to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as system uptime, performance metrics, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting Postgres DB
  • Managing CI pipelines and runners
  • Contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as system uptime, performance metrics, and compliance standards
  • 2+ years of experience in DevOps
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Loki, DataDog, Sentry, etc)
  • Backend Python/Django experience
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Platform Engineer Consultant with a strong background in DevOps and backend software engineering.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, monitoring solutions, and CI/CD pipelines.

They will be a strong communicator and team player who can work collaboratively with our engineering team to build and maintain our infrastructure.
