Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Evolution Americas. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and Screening: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top candidates and schedule interviews.
- Interviews and Selection: Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates, assess their skills and experience, and make recommendations for hire.
- Onboarding and Integration: Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including setting up benefits, training, and equipment.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track key metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment efforts, time-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No previous work experience is required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Language: Knowledge of Korean is an asset.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a generous salary range of $50,000 - $60,000, extended health and benefit plan, 15 days paid vacation, 8 paid sick days, 2 paid Evo Day, transit allowance, and sport allowance.
