Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Evolution Americas. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- ATS Management: Manage our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes.
- Hiring Manager Partnerships: Partner with hiring managers to identify talent acquisition needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No previous work experience is required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; knowledge of Korean is an asset; strong attention to detail and ability to accurately screen resumes and gather relevant information.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
We offer a generous compensation package, including an annual salary of $50,000 - $60,000, extended health and benefit plan, 15 days paid vacation, 8 paid sick days, 2 paid Evo Day, transit allowance, and sport allowance.
