Job Responsibilities:

As an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting top IT consultants and serving as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting experience cycle. You will build and maintain relationships with consultants, understand our clients' business and IT initiatives, and negotiate unique compensation packages to attract and hire candidates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma and at least 3 years of professional experience or 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong ability to network and build relationships
  • A desire for a career in a commission-driven, performance-based environment

Compensation:

Competitive base salary, geographic allowance, weekly commission, performance-based bonuses, and cell phone allowance.
