Job Title: Sales Director - Corporate Accounts

At Stonewood Group Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our corporate sales efforts in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including NAV Canada and the Department of National Defence
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and market insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales programs and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of combined experience in sales and business development, ideally in the defence sector
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of key trends and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
